At Swan River Financial Coaching, we’re committed to providing high-quality, personalised support to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. We understand that life happens, and we aim to be fair and transparent in how we handle cancellations and refunds.
1. What Information I Collect
Individual sessions are refundable if cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
If you miss a session without prior notice, the session will be considered delivered and non-refundable.
2. Programme Refunds (Block Bookings)
For coaching programmes booked as a block of sessions, refunds are available within 28 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.
Once sessions have commenced, refunds are not available for unused sessions. However, you may request to reschedule remaining sessions within the original programme timeframe.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience a personal emergency or significant change in circumstances, please contact us directly. We’ll do our best to find a compassionate and practical solution.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or reschedule a session, please email [swanrivergib@gmail.coml] with your name, session details, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
